Corona measures

The panometer is open every day. A negative test, proof of vaccination or recovery and an appointment booking are necessary.

In order to guarantee a safe visit to all of our visitors and employees, we have developed our own safety and hygiene concept based on current German regulations.

In order to prevent the further spread of COVID-19, we would like to encourage you not only to inform yourself about our measures, but also to be attentive when you visit.

Please consider the following information and rules:

Entry information

We have a limited number of visitors in the exhibition rooms (maximum 160 people). If the time slots are not fully booked, guests without a season ticket can also visit the exhibition. To do this, a contact form must be filled out.
Our opening times are: Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and  weekend or public holidays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
The Panometer Café is open. Please keep your distance from the other guests and disinfect yourself.
Guided tours are offered. Audio guides can be borrowed - you will be provided with your own disposable headphones to take with you.

Hygiene rules

No access for people with COVID-19, suspected COVID-19 cases and their contact person
It is compulsory to wear a mask (FFP 2 or medical face mask) in the entire exhibition area and also when queuing in front of the entrance (unfortunately mask exemptions cannot currently be accepted due to the risk situation.)
Compliance with the distance regulations of 1.50 to 2 meters to other visitors (avoidance of group formation)
Compliance with the visitor guidance system, which has a separate entrance and exit. The routing works as a one-way system.
Wash and disinfect your hands regularly. You can also use the extensive range of disinfection options for visitors here.

Contact tracking

When booking timed tickets in advance, you can also ensure that your contacts are tracked afterwards.

Digital contact tracking

Your health is important to us. That is why our admission is contactless, anonymous, safe and fast! We use the app-based solution pass4all for this.

In your interest, we would like to refrain from keeping lists and slips of paper and ask you to download the app here in advance and to store your data in the app once.

When you visit the Panometer Dresden, you can check in directly using the QR code displayed at the entrance.

If an infection occurs, pass4all enables us to quickly provide the health department with the contact details. All data is stored encrypted and protected and automatically deleted after 30 days.

Contact form

All visitors who have not booked a timed ticket or who use the “Pass4all” app are obliged to fill out a contact form when entering the Panometer Dresden. The data will be destroyed after 14 days.
