How long is AMAZONIEN visible ?

The 360° panorama will be exhibited until the end of 2025.

- Am I allowed to take photographs and publish them ?

Yes, you are allowed to take photographs and videos for private purposes, not for advertising purposes. The panorama may not be depicted in its entirety. Filming and photographing the panorama using 360° or panorama technology is not permitted (360° shots or panoramic shots of the panorama via film, photo, or video are not allowed).

Can I cancel tickets already purchased online?

Dear guests, when you purchase your tickets online in advance, you enter into a contract with the ticket provider and not with us at Panometer Dresden. Ticket sales platforms do not offer a right of withdrawal or ticket cancellation (in accordance with § 312 b para. 3 No. 6 BGB). Therefore, please read the terms and conditions of the provider beforehand to avoid any inconvenience. We recommend that you simply purchase your tickets on-site on the day of your visit.

Do I need to register my visit?

For groups of 10 or more people, we recommend registering through our visitor service. Travel agencies and school groups must register in advance.

Where can I gift vouchers ?

You can order these via email through our visitor service or buy flexible tickets via etix.com. These Flexi-Tickets are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

When can I see 'DRESDEN 1945'

We are currently planning to exhibit the 360° panorama AMAZONIA until the end of 2025. After that, DRESDEN 1945 is planned. This information is not final. Changes are possible at any time. Thank you for your understanding.

Are there parking spaces available?

Yes, there are parking spaces available directly in front of the exhibition building, and they are free of charge for our visitors during opening hours.

Is the access wheelchair accessible?

We have wheelchair-accessible restrooms and pathways for the exhibition, including the lower panorama level and café. However, the observation tower is only accessible by foot.

Are there seating options available?

We have benches and chairs in the film room and the panorama room. You can also borrow light folding stools free of charge at the checkout - these can be used as a walking aid or as a seat.

Why isn't there an elevator for the viewing platform ?

Unfortunately, due to structural and fire safety reasons, we cannot obtain approval for the construction of an elevator. The basic requirements are not met at this location.

Can I eat and drink on-site?

Sure, in our Panometer Café at the end of the exhibition. We offer a variety of cakes, small savory snacks, and a daily soup, freshly and personally prepared. Various cold and hot drinks are also available. 

Do I need binoculars?

At least we recommend it. You can bring your own or rent one at the cash register for 2€.

Are animals allowed in the Panometer?

No - also to protect your treasure. Please understand that dogs and other animals are not allowed into the exhibition building and must wait outside.
