Exclusive Tour

Our thematic tour of the Intercultural Days in Dresden. Only with advance reservation and only in german.

Contrary to popular perceptions of an untouched paradise, the history of the Amazon reveals a complex relationship between humans and nature. For thousands of years, indigenous peoples have shaped and managed the ecosystem. But since the arrival of European conquerors, their survival has taken a devastating toll. Today, over 300 indigenous communities face the threat of environmental degradation and exploitation. Nevertheless, they fight determinedly to preserve their culture and way of life.

Join us on a journey into the depths of the rainforest to the indigenous people of the Amazon.
